The Reedin Supermodel A.F.T is Reedin’s 2026 all-round kite, created for riders who want one kite that performs across freeride, boosting, loops, and everyday sessions in mixed conditions. Co-designed by Damien Girardin and Ralf Groesel, this latest version brings major updates in shape, construction, and handling, giving riders a lighter, faster, and more precise feel on the water.

For 2026, the Reedin Supermodel A.F.T moves away from traditional dacron in the leading edge and introduces Aerolite Frame Technology. This high-tenacity material creates a stiffer frame with lower weight and controlled flex, helping the kite keep its shape in strong wind and respond quickly to steering input. Combined with reworked pulleyless bridles and further weight reduction, the kite feels direct, predictable, and easy to control.

Key performance highlights include quick and direct response, strong bar feedback, lofty jumps with extra lift, fast and predictable kiteloops, and an extremely broad wind range. Trailing edge stiffeners help reduce drag through turns, and the refined frame layout with fewer segments keeps the overall structure lighter and cleaner in flight.
