Developed for riders demanding maximum agility, tighter turning and a more direct connection to their foil. With the mast 60 mm further forward than the original Black Standard and 40 mm further forward than the Advance 20, the Advance+ moves the pivot point closer to the front wing – like moving the fins forward on a surfboard – for faster turn initiation, smoother rail-to-rail and a livelier, surf-oriented feel. It also delivers increased torsional stiffness, noticeable when pumping or riding larger-span wings.
Choose Advance+ for maximum manoeuvrability, aggressive carving and pushing performance – recommended for all foil sizes (Fatty is better suited to the very largest spans). Choose the Advance 20 if you prioritise stability and predictability, are early in your foiling journey, or prefer a planted, forgiving ride.
Moving the mast forward adds fuselage behind the mast, so riders switching from Advance 20 should generally drop one length.
Standard 780 mm, Short 700 mm, Ultrashort 640 mm, Crazyshort 600 mm, Sillyshort 560 mm and Psychoshort 520 mm.
Compatible with all foils using the BLACK connection system. Includes an integrated zinc anode, all hardware pre-installed with Tef-Gel, and a protective bag. Use a 19mm doodad for AXIS aluminium masts.
