Changed your mind?
If you bought online, you can cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of the day you receive them, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to return
- Tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email hello@unitywatersports.com with your order number, or use our contact form.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to: Unity Watersports, The Shipyard, Rope Walk, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5DG.
- Return items unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and accessories. Kites, wings and parawings must not have been inflated outdoors or used on the water.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked and insured service; goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving evidence you have sent them back, if that is earlier). Refunds are made to your original payment method.
If goods come back used, damaged or not in their original condition, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Exceptions
- Goods made to your specification, including Ozone custom colour kites, wings and parawings, cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Earplugs and other items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible. We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Products are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will handle warranty claims with the manufacturer or UK distributor on your behalf.
Bought in our shop?
The 14-day right to cancel above applies to online orders. For anything bought in our shop, talk to us. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.
