A Velcro fitting system and three sizes give you a close fit, so whether you are duck diving or taking a hit you will barely notice it is there. Airflow channels keep your head cool in warmer water, and flush channels drain water away below the eyes. The ear pads shield against cold and wind chill while still letting sound through, so you can still hear what is going on around you.
