The Ozone Pocket Rocket V2 Ultra-X takes the all-round Pocket Rocket V2 (winner of the 2026 AWSI Innovation of the Year Award) to the limit, using premium lightweight materials and precision engineering for maximum float, a tiny packdown, rapid redeployment and light-breeze performance. Where the standard Pocket Rocket V2 is the do-it-all parawing, the Ultra-X is the precision-tuned, ultra-premium model for riders who want effortless downwind manoeuvres, unmatched packability and early foiling in the softest breezes.

Light-wind and drift performance

The Ultra-X flies in almost no wind and hangs in the air during downwind transitions. Turn towards the wing and it floats reliably instead of falling out of the sky, so you can commit to technical turns without worrying about slack lines.

Lighter and smaller

A 10D (25g) canopy fabric with 27g hard-finished rib material, combined with precision load-targeted rib cutouts, cuts weight by up to 17% and pack volume by around 20% compared with the Pocket Rocket V2 – the ultimate compact wing for harness stashing.

Built for light wind

Instead of the standard range’s 1.9m and 2.4m, the Ultra-X adds a 6.5m and focuses on the light-wind end. The 5.7m and 6.5m have two extra cells to smooth the leading edge for more lift and glide, and the 6.5m takes the bottom of the wind range down to 8 knots.

90g monobloc carbon bar

The 35cm carbon bar weighs just 90g, with an index-finger overhang for depower control and comfort, an A-line stopper nub for grip between the index and middle fingers, a thumb rest at the bar end and a textured EVA grip.

Ultra-X backpack

A new lightweight backpack with extra-wide, Mission Pack-inspired shoulder straps, adjustable webbing and a chest strap, breathable mesh panels and an internal stash pocket.
