For riders pushing harder in prone, SUP, wake, wing or pump foiling, the Red Advance fuselage moves the mast position 40 mm closer to the front wing. Turns start more easily and the transition from side to side is looser and smoother – AXIS’s testers liken it to moving the fins forward in a surfboard. It also gives a more connected feel on the larger front wings in the red range, such as the BSC.
The regular Red fuselages suit most riders in every discipline; the Advance versions simply add options when you want more performance.
Because the mast sits further forward, the fuselage behind the mast is effectively 40 mm longer. AXIS advise going a size shorter than you use now – if you ride an Ultrashort, consider the Crazyshort.
Compatible with all front wings that use the red fuselage, and supplied with a protective fuselage cover. Using an AXIS aluminium mast? You’ll need the 19mm doodad; it isn’t needed with AXIS carbon masts.
