Which AR size?

The right tail depends on your weight, discipline and ability. The 175AR and 188AR give more stability and bottom end for learners and riders who need more low end from their front wing. For example, a beginner-to-intermediate downwind foiler would find comfort on the 188AR – it helps maintain height, power and security via a lower stall speed. It rolls well for its size, but for more manoeuvrability size down to the 175AR.

• 150AR – all-round performance, fast and loose
• 158AR – all-round performance with more stability, great for the intermediate
• 166AR – for intermediates stepping down in tail size, or advanced foilers wanting more hold in lighter conditions

• 188AR – ideal for the bigger rider or beginner
