Ozone Liteforce V2

The Ozone Liteforce V2 returns as the ultimate session saver when the wind is light, now with Ozone’s new carbon boom system. The lightweight design and zero-movement boom connection give you the ultimate sense of control. Both sizes, 6.6m and 7.7m, are packed with low-end grunt for super-early planing, while the low-drag, sporty handling stays remarkably comfortable at the top of the range if the wind picks up.

A carefully developed compact planform means the tips are less likely to catch the water during manoeuvres, and the direct, sporty feel gives the sense of riding a smaller wing; it’s especially good at into-the-wind manoeuvres like tacks, which is remarkable at these sizes. A rigid, strong 125g Performance Dacron lets Ozone pre-load the leading edge so it deforms far less under load, and the airframe is 20% lighter than conventional Dacron.

V2 updates include the new carbon boom, a stiffer surf handle for better drift handling, an extra anti-flap batten on the trailing edge for comfort at the top of the range, and fewer sail cuts with more optimised shaping to hold top performance for longer. Ozone’s sizing advice is simple: under 90kg, take the 6.6m; over 90kg, the 7.7m.
