Lieuwe Shotgun

The legendary Lieuwe Shotgun is the result of a decade-long pursuit of perfection. A sophisticated ‘jack of all trades’, it is master-crafted to ride fast, cruise comfortably and take you to new heights in every possible riding situation. It was Lieuwe’s first love and is their best-selling board worldwide – after years of updates, riders asked Lieuwe not to change it any more.

Its medium-flex, ultra-light 3D wood core delivers lots of pop while staying forgiving, with high top-end speed and precise control. Soft, predictable landings and great chop handling come from the single concave to quad channels, and the channels in the tips give grip for easy, consistent take-offs.

The Shotgun is the board for riders who are cruising confidently in both directions and starting to jump and learn hooked tricks: playful enough to stay fun, capable enough to keep up as you progress. If bigger jumps and stronger wind are your priority, look at the Shotgun Air.

Every Lieuwe board is hand-crafted in Holland, where Lieuwe has been building kiteboards since 2010, and each model goes through at least 18 months of testing in the Netherlands’ choppy home waters and Cape Town’s strong winds. Lieuwe was the first kiteboard brand to be awarded Gold Level certification by Sustainable Surf.
